licence error

I have Acrobat Professional DC2015 12.0 MLP AOO Licence and I have registred this licence in my PC (W7). After a few days the licence does not work and say:

I install Application Manager and actívate the licence and then work well a few days again

Any solution????

You may follow the steps mention on this thread: Adobe Application Manager, required to verify your license, is missing or damaged  and let us know if that helps.
