Hello there,

I'm quite used to Adobe suite but I'm facing à problem.

On the web management page, I see that I have a licence (full product) available.
When I stick that licence to an account for a user, it seems fine;
When the user launch the creative desktop apps, withe the correct login eveything seems fine... ewpect He can't use any software.
They all are flaged with a est or buy button.

How do I can check that eveything is fine (I lurk all around the web site, as wel as the desktop app) dans I can't fin any tips.

Some help would be higly appreciated.

Best regards,

Guillaume

Hi,

The user would need to sign out and then sign back in to pick up the new entitlement.

Hi Alister, I'm getting the same issue where my subscription to Adobe for Teams is visible in the Browser, but the creative cloud desktop app shows almost all apps as test versions. Logging out and back in does not solve this for me.
