Last year we acquired several licenses with a single credit card and I need to know how many were because I lost the registration
This is a strange request. Do you know that renewal is automatic and will be charged to the same credit card?
Did you buy individual licences or Teams or Enterprise licences?
With a Teams or Enterprise licence, you will see the number of licences by going to your admin console: https://adminconsole.adobe.com (you need to be an administrator for doing that).
The first page will give you a summary of your licences.
With individual licences, this is a little tricky, as each licence has its sign in attached. You will need to contact Adobe, and I do not know if Adobe can find the required data by reverse searching your credit card.
An alternative solution is to look at the credit card charge.
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
