Hi All,

I have a quick question regarding the standard license agreement.

I work for a company that has lots of events and therefore we have a lot of branding to consider. Some of our events cross paths and sometimes share imagery. So far I have downloaded the same images twice so purchasing the licence agreement for both events. A colleague of mine has pointed out the brand would be “Our Company” and the product is the event/publishing product ie. Event 1 & event 2 and therefor we only need to purchase the licensing once.

Can anyone clarify what is best practice?

Thank you
