I have an issue with my resseler, wehen I asked for license renwal He confirmed that the license
is renewd but when I check my admin console I find that the expiry date
is not changed (17-12-2022) it should be 17-12-2023, and when I asked my reseller
he told me that on the expiry date the new licesne will take effect ,
please I need a confirmation from your side about my case, thanks

I think the new date gets allocated immediately. You also should get an e-mail that your licence has been renewed, with the details. 

 

I suggest you check with Adobe support: https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support. Use the chat, you get a transcript.

 

You will also have a grace period after the anniversary date, so if the reseller wants to frame you, you always can renew with a different one.
