licensing current, but access denied (says license has expired or not activated)

We pay our licensing monthly, but several times during each month a random user gets the message they are unable to access Acrobat DC because "license has expired or not activated"  Would like to a) learn how to regain access and b) know the cause in order to prevent it from happening again.  Thanks.

Hello,

Please confirm if you perform any troubleshooting steps to fix the issue or it gets resolved automatically. 

You might have to check NGL logs to find the root cause of the issue. I would recommend opening a support ticket from the admin console if the issue occurs again so that the technician could check for the details.
