I got a new computer and tried to validate the licensing information by putting the product code in at adobe.com/go/edu-validate. I got a message that said this: Identit-e does not recognize this product code. 1. Check the accuracy of your product code and re-enter it. 2. Confirm that your product was purchased in North America or South America. Products purchased outside of these areas are verified by Adobe directly at https://www.adobe.com/support. 3. Confirm that your product is supported by Identit-e verification. The following products are not supported and will be verified by Adobe directly at https://www.adobe.com/support. - Creative Cloud Memberships - Volume License Program purchases
