Lightroom CC requires an additional subscription

I have an enterprise all apps account, and have been surprised that I am no longer able to use Lightroom CC after a 30-day free trial.

I phoned Adobe support, who confirmed that it wasn't available to enterprise accounts, but would be "coming soon".

I am surprised to see then – at FAQ | Creative Cloud Photography plans – that, "Yes, Lightroom CC is available in Creative Cloud Team and Enterprise plans".

So is it available? Or are existing plans in the midst of being transferred over, and  I just need to be patient?

Hi,

I checked the Admin Console and, as you state, I can see that you are on a 20 gb plan. However our back-end system still shows you as part of the 0 gb plan. Can you ask your admins to open a support ticket via the Admin Console and we can get this fixed.

Hi,

Yes Lightroom CC has been available since February 12th to Enterprise ETLA customers.

You should see it in the Creative Cloud Desktop App. If you don't you may want to restart it (Ctrl-Alt-R).

Sign out of Lightroom CC and then back in to see the new entitlement.

I have Lightroom CC installed, and have a similar screen as you pasted above. But when I open Lightroom CC (even after signing out and back in again) I get a notice saying my trial of Lightroom CC has ended. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Lightroom CC, but with the same result.

Hi,

I can see the issue. You have an enterprise entitlement but with no cloud storage and services in your agreement. Lightroom CC requires access to storage and services to function as originals are stored in the cloud.

Thanks for getting back to me. But I am not sure that that is the case. The IT people tell me I should have cloud storage, and when I log-in to Creative Cloud it says I have 20 GB available. I wonder if the problem is that I signed up for a trial before Lightroom CC was available to enterprise accounts, and that it became available during the trial?

Thanks, will do. It has occurred to me as we have discussed this that 20 GB won't last too long, and I will probably need to pay for an upgrade to 1 TB soon anyway!
