Lightroom CC will not install on OSX 10.8.5

Already updated PS and Ai and tried signing out and back in. PLease help! This is the message I get.

Exit Code 21 occurs when the install engine encounters unexpected components. You may be able to solve the issue by taking the following steps:

1) Log out of CC

2) Reboot your machine

3) Log into CC

4) Update CC (Should begin automatically upon login)

5) Install LR CC
