Lightroom-only license?

Is it not possible to buy a license just for Lightroom only via the team management console? Looks like you can only get that by buying a full CC license.

Yes it is true that lightroom CC 2015 is not available as a single app subscription you would need to add a creative cloud all app license to your team for using lightroom or you can purchase a photography plan for the user for whom you want to add light room license.
