Link for Admin Console renders a blank page - cannot add team members

I started a trial yesterday for my team of three (3).  My understanding was that I could add the other two team members in order for us to complete the evaluation.

 

The thing is... I cannot add team members because the Admin Console link renders a BLANK page for my account.

 

So, here we are on day 2 of 14 with nearly zero access (I am not the creative persons on our team, so it does almost NO GOOD for me to have access whilst my creative team members cannot gain access).

 

Ideas?

The Admin Console seems to be available and I am able to access it. (https://adminconsole.adobe.com)

Could we try some basic troubleshooting with the browser to eliminate any common issues.

- Try using a different browser

- See if the issue persists across different networks or devices

- Reset the browser and/or verify that JavaScript is enabled.

- Ensure that the domain is not blocked at your firewall or proxy server.

 

Give these a try and let us know how it goes. We can then try further troubleshooting.
