Lizenzen ohne Partner bestellen / Partner existiert nicht mehr

Liebe Community,

wir würden gerne den bisher bei uns geführten Lizensierungspartner entfernen, da diese Firma nicht mehr existiert. Einen anderen Partner konnten wir auch nicht finden, niemand möchte oder kann Adobe-Lizenzen anbieten.
Daher würden wir gerne den Partner entfernen und die Bestellung der Lizenzen direkt über Adobe abwickeln. Ist das möglich? Falls nicht, bekommen wir offenbar keine Lizenzen mehr und müssen uns nach einer Alternative umsehen.


Können wir die Lizenzen direkt ordern?

here's the list of authorized adobe resellers. if you're able to purchase from adobe, you should do so. otherwise, restrict your choice to the authorized list:

All depends on your contacts to the reseller. Our reseller is also a Microsoft reseller and an Autodesk reseller. For us, it's an one-stop acquisition partner. 🙂

Ja, ändern kann ich ihn da - aber ich kann ihn nicht einfach entfernen. Am liebsten wäre es uns, wenn wir direkt bei Adobe bestellen könnten. Das geht scheinbar nicht, oder?

I set an appointment, but it was rejected right back. Supposedly I am not right there.
I just want to make contact so that we can order licenses again....

I don't have the option of a chat in the admin console, nor can I place a ticket there. And I have tried the appointment now....

We have talked to several possible partners, no one can help us or sell us licenses.

If this continues, I'll have to tell my superiors that we're replacing Adobe completely with other vendors. 😞

Hallo,
danke für den stetigen Hilfeversuch. 
Der Anruf dort war allerdings nicht hilfreich, der Herr hatte keine Ahnung wie er mir helfen kann. Wir wollen Geld loswerden, aber Adobe will es nicht haben. Tja, kann man nix machen.
Ich bin mittlerweile so verärgert, dass ich meinen Vorgesetzten vorschlagen werde zukünftig möglichst auf Adobe-Produkte zu verzichten.
(Es gibt durchaus Alternativen.)
Ich habe beim Versuch EINE bescheuerte Lizenz zu bestellen jetzt schon viele Stunden investiert und dazu ist mir meine Zeit zu schade. 
Die Verlängerung der bestehenden Lizenzen wird dann Mitte des Jahres ja auch nicht funktionieren. 
Der Herr wollte mir erzählen, dass ich jetzt für die neue Lizenz ein neues Konto aufmachen soll mit einer anderen Mailadresse. Wir haben ein Enterprise-Konto, wo ich alle Benutzer verwalte - da mache ich sicher nicht nochmal ein weiteres Konto auf. Umständlicher geht es echt nicht mehr.

Sowas kundenunfreundliches ist mir noch nie passiert.

Die Schwierigkeiten verstehe ich eigentlich jetzt nicht. Vielleicht kann hier jetzt jemand von Adobe eingreifen. Wieso der Verkauf da nicht versteht, dass der Wiederverkäufer gewechselt werden soll, verstehe ich nicht.

 

Ein neues Konto braucht man jedenfalls nicht. Da hat der junge Mann ja noch Schulungsbedarf.
