Hi!
I lost access via my enterprise ID log-in (University of Edinburg). My local IT has been contacted multiple times and tried to assist without success. I have since created a free account using my work email - but I need access to my premium account via the enterprise ID because all my projects are saved there, and I cannot access them (I need to access them urgently).
The error message when logging on via School account (enterprise ID) says:
Access Denied.
You do not have access to this service.
Contact your IT administrator to gain access or sign in with Adobe ID.
This is a message that pops in for all Aboebe services, not just Express CC when I try to log in using my School Account.
I'm logged on to my EASE (my school's account credentials) and to our VPN network. I have tried different browsers and incognito mode, and it always comes back with this message. It has been an issue for over a month now. Can someone please help?
