Hello,
I bought Adobe Creative Cloud and now I wanted to sign in to Creative Cloud. The problem is that I can't even get to the login window. I first click on sign in, then it loads for a few seconds and I get back to the same window. The whole thing repeats itself endlessly.
How can I solve this problem?

reset the cc app:
to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
p.s. my german competence never was high so i'm not sure any of this applies, but check it if the above fails, Common Adobe Creative Cloud activation errors and how to solve them
