Looking to change or become the primary admin?

The contract owner—previously referred to as Primary Admin—is an admin who purchased the Creative Cloud for teams subscription and set up the account. There can be only one contract owner on a team. And, in the Admin Console, only the contract owner can perform the following tasks:

  • Change contract owner
  • Edit payment details
  • View billing history
  • Download invoice

 

Change the contract ownerAs a contract owner, you can transfer your responsibilities to another admin in the team. To change the contract owner, navigate to Admin Console > Account, click Change next to your name as the current contract owner. Learn more.

 

Become the contract owner: As a system admin, you can request to become the contract owner of your team. Learn more.
