Losing Serial Number in activation after Group Policy Deployment

New Here ,
Mar 09, 2007 Mar 09, 2007
Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional GPO Deployment over Windows 2003 network:

I downloaded the Adobe Customization Wizard and customized my installation. Under "Personalization Options I inputted the serial number. I am using windows 2003 Server. After a successful deployment to Windows XP Pro systems it asks the user to activate the e-license.

The problem is the serial number is NOT typed in. But, on the opening splash screen when Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional is loading, it displays user Name, Organization, and the serial number. How can I have the serial number filled in when the user registers the e-license? I would rather not use Adobe License Manager because some of my users work from home and are not authenticated on my network.

We purchased a 100 user license.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm still having the same issue. What is odd is the registration information DOES work when I manually install Adobe, but does not work if I push it through the AD.
Also, Im waiting for the replacement CD since ALM is no longer supported as of April.
Any help would be appreciated.
