Hi @Jee37434972bgef,

Thank you for reaching out. From your query, it seems you are asking whether you can create a software package in your Admin Console and share it with another admin in your org whose Admin Console isn’t functioning properly. Please feel free to correct me if I’ve misunderstood.

Based on the information provided, you have an active enterprise subscription associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Yes, you can create a package in your Admin Console and share it with another user within your organization. However, there are some important considerations:

Ensure you have the appropriate permissions to create a package. For details on admin roles, refer to this document: Admin Roles.

Download the package to your system.
Share it, and the recipient can install it on their system. For assistance on creating packages, refer to this guide: Create Packages.

Key Considerations Before Deployment:

  • Access Permissions: Ensure the recipient has the necessary permissions or an Adobe account under the VIP agreement to activate the applications.
  • License Compatibility: Verify that the applications in the package align with the licenses and entitlements under their VIP account.
  • Technical Setup: Confirm that the recipient’s system meets the technical requirements for the package. For system requirements, visit: System Requirements.

If the Admin Console on the recipient’s end is not functioning properly, I recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

Clear the browser cache, or try accessing the Admin Console using a different browser.

Check whether they have proper permissions to create the package.

If the issue persists, please share details about the error encountered so we can provide further assistance.

Let me know if you need any additional help.

Regards,

^AN

Hi @Jee37434972bgef,

Thank you for the confirmation. Could you kindly provide a screenshot of the admin roles assigned to both of you via personal message? Please refer to this document for instructions on how to send a personal message: How to send a 'Personal Message' to someone in the Adobe Community.

To check the admin roles, sign in to the Admin Console, navigate to Users, and go to the Admin tab.

Also, please confirm if you are experiencing the same issue, or if everything is functioning as expected on your end.

Regards,
^AN
