Hi, I have 7 designers that i have purchased indiviual licenses for.

If one of the designers leaves (without transfering the license back to me) how can I retrieve that designer's license back?

I could cancel my credit card, but is there an alternative?

thanks!

Hello,

If the subscription is associated with your email address then you can cancel the subscription by logging in to adobe.com. If the subscription is purchased under the designer email address then the designer has to cancel the subscription.

You can also connect with Customer care if there is any billing specific issues.

You can also think about getting a Team plan which is good for small businesses. You will have all the purchase information under one account ad it will be easy to manage.

The individual licenses belong to the individual who registers them. Adobe do not have any knowledge of a company owning it, and won't talk to you, not even to cancel it. The license also forbids transferring software or sharing passwords, so you are pretty much stuck with paying for it and never seeing it again. Team licenses do cost more, but not if you change staff...
