Hi @VALERIA ZULEM36598617rho3,
Thank you for reaching out. Upon reviewing your account, I see that you currently have an Individual Creative Cloud plan associated with the Adobe ID you provided. Based on your description, it seems that your files and Behance portfolio were linked to your university-managed account, which became inaccessible after the university canceled your subscription.
To address this, here are some recommendations:
1. University-Managed Account:

Valeria, sorry you are unable to use your new CC membership. Did your University provide any instructions for removing their managed membership from the computer? Will you be resuming your membership with the University at a later time?
I recommend you utilize a different e-mail address for your new active membership. This will help prevent any confusion between the different accounts. Please see https://adobe.ly/41Zq2Kn for information on how to update the e-mail address associated with your account.
For additional solutions to allow the computer to see your new active membership, see https://adobe.ly/40deySa. ^JW

Thanks for the update, Valeria. File access and the ability to open your applications are two different things. From your recent post, it sounds like you can open Illustrator with the new subscription, just not access your files from your University account. Is that correct? ^JW

Thanks, I will move this over to the Enterprise & Teams discussion forums. That community may have additional guidance on accessing files managed by an organization from a separately purchased individual account. ^JW

Your files and portfolio may still reside in the university-managed account. Please coordinate with your university’s IT department or Adobe admin team to request temporary access or support in migrating your files to your individual account. Check out this article for this.
2. Personal Subscription Access:
Using the same email for both accounts could cause profile conflicts. Adobe supports multiple profiles within a single Adobe ID. Kindly log out of your account and log back in, ensuring you check for the option to switch profiles. For guidance, please refer to this help article.
3. File Access Issues:
If your files are stored in Adobe’s cloud under the university profile, you will require permissions from the organization to access them. The university may also assist in transferring ownership of the files or providing exports.
Please let us know if further assistance is needed.
Regards,
^AN
