Buenas! Tengo un usuario en adobe, está el contrato pagado y todo en orden, funció bien durante unas semanas y luego ya no me deja descargarme nada. ¿Por qué es?

Tenemos un contrato corporativo donde podemos crearnos cuentas cada miembro del equipo, soy la unica a la que no le funciona... help me! 🙂
