Migrating from trial Adobe ID to Enterprise

I have a user who is using the web version of Lightroom. Since he started, he has accidentally been working under an Adobe ID, rather than his enterprise ID. Since he was only working under the Adobe ID, his "trial" ended and we are not able to retrieve (download, transfer) any of his work to the enterprise account because he is locked out of the Adobe ID account.

Is there any way to get his Adobe ID trial extended for one day in order to retrieve his work?

Hello,

The trial is for 7 days only and no option to extend it. The user can still retrieve the files/libraries by signing in to assets.adobe.com and login in as Adobe ID. This link might help in migrating the contents manually: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/transfer-assets.html
