Missing Acrobat after installation with Creative Cloud Package

We currently use the serial number based licensing from our ETLA desktop contract.

We still pack our Creative Cloud installation packages with the Creative Cloud Packager offline tool and version CC2018 because we can not yet implement user-based licensing in our organization.

Recently, we are seeing the problem that the Acrobat DC (19.0) will not be installed when we run an installation package created with the Creative Cloud Packager.
This applies to both the CC Complete package, as well as a single package in which only the Acrobat is included.
There is no error message. The Acrobat is missing after the installation on the target system.

Hi,

Acrobat has its own MSI file separate to the main 'build' MSI. You can either run this or run the EXE which will install both.

I'm having the same challenge: Acrobat doesn't install correctly. Where do I find the EXE file referred to in the above answer?

If you have built a package either on the Adobe Admin Console or using Creative Cloud Packager, the output includes an EXE file which will install CC apps and Acrobat. However if you use the MSI file, you will find that you need to run both the CC MSI file and the Acrobat MSI file.

Running the following executable "$($PackageName)\Build\Setup\APRO19.0\Adobe Acrobat\Setup.exe" with the argument "/sAll" seems to work when the main MSI isn't installing Acrobat.
