Mi ero abbonata per lavoro Adobe Creative Cloud for Team, ma non lo sto utilizzando quanto credevo. Vorrei quindi cambiare il piano da Aziendale a Privato, ho provato a seguire le istruzioni, ma non c'è il tasto, al suo posto c'è solo quello per aggiungere licenze. Cosa posso fare?

Visto che è un piano annuale immagino non sia possibile disdire?

I have reviewed your account and found both the Creative Cloud individual all apps plan and the Creative Cloud teams plan registered on it; as the first 14-day period is over, the subscription can now only be canceled with the help of the support team.
