Mods made to acropro.msi via Customization Wizard DC do not apply after SCCM deployment

I followed all of the instructions listed here:

Robot Ramblings: Packaging Acrobat DC with Creative Cloud for SCCM 2012

However, the modifications I have made via the the CW do not actually apply.  What am I missing?
