Good morning.
I'm sending this question to you just for confirmation, because it seems that Adobe's documentation
and guides indicate this, in my opinion. Below is the question:
I want to purchase the latest version of Adobe Acrobat for my organization,
but I don't want to purchase licenses for all users. Since I understand there are no floating licenses,
I want to assign licenses to certain users and monitor whether they are actually using it,
then unassign them and provide the license and product to other users who require it. Is this possible?
Do I understand it could be done using the admin console? What monitoring information could I obtain?
Weekly usage, hourly usage, last access to the product by the user?
Furthermore, I understand that a Designated User License is the most appropriate license type?
Thank you very much!
Bert regards
