Move from Adobe Teams account to Individual account

I currently have a teams licence for Indesign for 2 users. When my licence expires next month, I intend to cancel the Adobe teams licence. Instead, we've concluded it's easier/cheaper/more flexible to purchase  individual licences for indesign (and other products) under personal profiles. Sounds crazy, I know, but the whole workflow has been destroyed in our small non-profit outfit by the changes made in the last year with licencing personal/and business profiles.

I have two questions:

1. Is there a quick/easy way to cancel my teams licence?

2. How can I migrate my data from the teams creative cloud storage to a single individual creative cloud storage - or is downloading to my device and then uploading again the only option?

Thanks in advance

John
