Move license from user to teams

We have a teams management login where we manage our users and their licenses. One of our users in one of our subsidiaries purchased a Creative Cloud license for Photoshop. Is it possible for us to move that license over to our teams management portal?

If the user has purchased an Individual Subscription for Photoshop, in that case the license cannot be transferred because Teams portal includes only Teams Subscriptions. You may help the user to Cancel the Individual Subscription for Photoshop and Add a new Photoshop Teams Subscription so that all licenses can be managed from One admin console and One Invoice is generated for all licenses. 

Also, if the user already has a Creative Cloud all Apps subscription than Photoshop is already included in the package and you may help the user to Cancel the Photoshop Individual Subscription.
