My Products are not shown in my adobe account

Our company IT team has recently formatted my system for system issue, After that When I login my adobe account My products were unavailable. It shows Administrator not assigned any products. I'm only using the account and I'm the admin also. Please help me, How can I resolve the issue.

I checked the account you have used to post the issue and was unable to find it under the Admin list, and there are no products/licenses associated. Kindly contact the internal IT team for further assistance.
