I have a user that needs Acrobat Pro to sign documents. It is set up with her Adobe ID, but now that I have moved all users to a Federated ID she no longer can access her Acrobat Pro license. How do I update the Acrobat Pro?
I do not see Acrobat Pro as a product that I can assign in the Admin Console. She is able to log into Adobe Analytics using the Federated ID.
Hi @valeriea37531896, If the user has purchased a separate license, it will remain under the Adobe ID profile only. However, if you manage the Acrobat license in a portal, ensure that you are assigning the same license under the Federated ID. I am unable to find any Acrobat license under your DX console where you have a marketing and Analytics license.
