Indesign:

I wish to communicate the final outcome. To get everything to work I had to do a clean install by formatting the disk. You necessarily needed external installation media or it would never work. An error of some kind was being transferred to the Adobe folders (Adobe only). This I am writing will help the developers because I believe it doesn't have to be - since no application had given me problems.

the first is an os error which makes it appear as if you installed your adobe programs and then upgraded your os to win 11..

if that's what you did, you should reformat your harddrive (after securing your data), reinstall win 11 and then install your programs including adobe's.

Sorry! it is a translation error. I would never ask to protect my data... I just wanted to understand in what sense you say this. As for the installation I upgraded the first time, but all the following ones do not. Now I can't go back to windows 10. I have to figure out if something remains hidden and I don't know.

ok, so you had win 10, installed your adobe cc app and used it to install your adobe programs?

if so, that's the proper way to proceed, and everything should have worked. did it?

if yes, and then you upgraded to win 11 and then the problems started, you may be able to uninstall the adobe programs (using the cc app), restart your computer and then reinstall the adobe programs (using the cc app).
