R.Nickel

if you use two different adobe id's, you don't have to change anything locally. in your cc desktop app you'll sign in to the account you want to use. if you'll want to use adobe apps from each account at the same time on the same computer, you won't be able to do that with two different adobe id's.

Hi kglad,
thx for replying.
Actually we want to switch the licence, because it runs out.
So the emailadress regarding the ID stays the same, but it will be a federated ID instead the old Adbobe ID from now on.
I don´t see any reason why we should uninstall und reinstall all the CC programs, or is every programm related to the device licence and only running with it?

the cc desktop app controls which adobe id is used. if adobe id's are the same, you may be able to use different profiles (which are used with the same adobe id), https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/manage-adobe-profiles.html
