New account, new license, one time pin notification email not coming through when a user needs to register / log in to the account. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
Hi @Eric32232677a95j if you've already checked the spam filters and confirmed their email address associated with the account, your best option is to contact Adobe Support via the Support tab in the Admin console.

Thanks man, soon as i clicked send i thought abount the exact same and then checked the anti-spam policy. Foun that the emails where being quarantined. I have now whitelisted the adobe.com domain in our tenant and that solved the issue. Thank you!
