we need to refrech a licence via an accountmanager.

No, the customer accountmanager from adobe cannot be reached anymore. Neither email nor phone seem to be in use anymore.
All messages say that I have to contact the accountmanager to receive an offer first... but Since there is no accountmanager anymore... no offer, no renewal of the license (acrobat pro DC)
We never received a message that he was replaced by a new contact...
