am a new user to the Adobe Licening model and the needs of our very small State Agency (company) are very simple but am unable to figure out how to proceed .. any help and guidance you can provide would be appreciated .. below identifies some of our needs:

would like 4 licenses of Acrobat Professional .. the annual price we saw at your web site was $179.88 for each for a total of $719.52 .. but do not know how to initiate this
we have a purchase order for this amount and would like to use that for this purchase
would like Adobe to bill us annually for our Adobe Acrobat Professional licenses
