I am trying to change my plan to student discount, after it expired. Many forums say that I should go to Adobe Admin Console, however everytime it says I need to contact my system administrator. I set this account up myself a few years ago, and I don't know or have a administrator associated with the account. Is there anyway to bypass this so I can change my plan?

Hi @turtleybla,

Thank you for reaching out. I can see that an active Individual Creative Cloud plan is associated with the Adobe ID you used to post your query. Please note that the Adobe Admin Console is an exclusive feature for license management available only to Enterprise and Teams customers. Therefore, this feature is not available for individual customers.

If you have any other active subscriptions associated with a different Adobe ID, please feel free to share them with me via a persona

I have tried to use different browsers, accounts but they all either seem to not load or all have this problem. Is there any othe way to change my current plan into a student annual payment plan?
