No access to Admin Console

We have an Adobe account that we used to purchase Adobe products some years ago, the account is working fine, we are able to log in to the main website (shows up as personal account) and the licensing portal where we can view our previously purchased products.

However. we recently purchased Creative Cloud EDU subscription and provided reseller with our Adobe account name to add licenses to. We were instructed to log in to Admin Console to begin product deployment, but whenever we try to log in we get an error message "You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator."

The problem is that I am the only org system admin and this is the only Adobe account we have ever had to my knowledge. How do we get access to Admin Console? We don't have any other admins or Adobe accounts that could give us any additional permissions.

>Admin Console to begin product deployment

You need to contact Adobe support... but as a user who read a LOT of messages I think you have a problem

If you are not an Education organization trying to install the programs on Education computers, and you are trying to install a PERSONAL subscription on many computers, you can't do that

This space is provided by Adobe, but this is not Adobe support
Sorry, nobody here can help with an account or payment problem
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Help Center https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html is a good place to start
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that wait times are sometimes long before an agent responds
.
You MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
You MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This will NOT work if you are using a VPN
.
This link will go directly to the chat option
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent in the lower right, without the quote " " marks
or
X (aka Twitter) tweet @AdobeCare
.
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message

Thank you for response. Unfortunately we are unable to contact Adobe support as the chatbot cannot find any Adobe subscription associated with our account, therefore wouldn't redirect us to a real person in support. That's why we are using Adobe community as a measure of last resort to try and get help.

The product we purchased is called Creative Cloud for teams All Apps. We purchased it through an official reseller, they asked for our Adobe ID and then we got an order confirmation email directly from Adobe (to the same email that our Adobe ID is registered to). But when we log into our account, there are no active subscriptions visible there, no products, nothing. The only options we are allowed to explore in our account are to purchase products directly from Adobe. There are no options to confirm subscription types which you mentioned in your post.

The Adobe product order email instructs to log into Admin Console to make use of those licenses, but as I previously mentioned - trying to log in to Admin Console spits out an error that we do not have permissions to access it.

We did, they contacted Adobe on our behalf and they got a generic response to "log in to Admin Console to manage your accounts and subscriptions", even though we specifically detailed that the problem is that we are unable log in to the Admin Console. I guess that is our last hope since we cannot get any support directly...

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
