No response from Adobe account managers

My company has an enterprise agreement representing 200 licences ending soon and I've been asking to get in touch with an Adobe account manager.

Our previous account manager no longer works at Adobe.
I only learned that news after raising a support case.

That support case went nowhere and was closed with the last comment saying "an account manager will be contacting you soon" but I have had no contact since that message last week.

Is anyone having issues engaging with Adobe commercially?
Why is it so hard to find someone who can help?
Just posting on this forum hoping to catch someone's attention...
