Hi

I need to uninstall the 2014 version of our Adobe Creative Cloud 2014 suites in an enterprise environment in preparation for 2015.3 roll out

The current uninstall string in the uninstall registry key is :MsiExec.exe /X{58B27C97-F90B-45DA-958A-5ECE04D37D97}

This works and uninstalls but I cannot get it to work with a silent option

/q and /qn switches do not work

Dont tell me there is no silent uninstall option for this?

I have already tried the cleaner tool and it does not remove everything when I pick remove all option

Its-desktop, I have reviewed your Adobe ID(email address) you have utilized to post here and found that you have an Adobe Creative Enterprise license, hence moving this thread to Deployment for Creative Cloud Team, Enterprise, & CS, experts here will be able to assist you better.

Hi its-desktop ,

Have you tried running the uninstallation using the original .msi from the installation package you used for installation with a --qn switch?

Also, what could be worth giving a try is using the --qb switch instead of the --qn to see if that makes a different.
