There is no nofollow noreferrer or noopener in PDF. This is for links in HTML only.

I may have misspoken but I do see a link with this attribute. It is visible as soon as the document is online. I tried to modify the content with sublime text but I only access the metas. I'm using Adobe Acrobat pro's link insertion tool.
There may be a configuration to be done in the software?

You say you have seen a link with this attribute. But so far as I know such attributes do exist. But you have seen something I may have missed. Please share exactly what you have seen, which makes you conclude that a PDF can contain such link attributes. Please explain "visible" too.

But this is not a link in PDF. There is no PDF in the screen shot.
It is a link TO the PDF. It is an HTML link.
Yes, a link to a PDF can use nofollow.
If you want someone from Google to confirm this, see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RE6ATxMcDss&t=583s

According to the man at Google, you cannot do this. However, if you also add a link in a web page, it will be followed. But you cannot use PDF links for SEO.
