We havent been able to assign licenses to our team. We raised a case with Adobe support three weeks ago and they havent been helpful at all. This is stalling our operations. We always get a reply that the case has been escalated but i think they have got the meaning of escalation totally wrong. I needed to add 1 license but i tried adding 5 licenses and we were still charged for it.

Your problem description is not conclusive*. When I have a spare licence, I invite a user to that licence and that's it. The user accepts the invitation and does what needs to be done. It works flawlessly. You need however to work with Adobe, having certain endnodes to be allowed by yur corporate firewall/proxy.
