Not access admin console

good afternoon, please your help since I can't access the admin console from chrome, edge and firefox on a pc but if I try on a different pc if I can, what could be happening?

I am not able to find any admin role under your account which might be the reason you are not able to access the admin console. Kindly contact your internal IT team who might be able to assist you with this issue.
