not seeing files online

The adobe cloud folder for my enterprise account on my C drive folder says i'm storing 27.6 gb.  The On Line creative clouds says I'm using 78 gb.  It also only shows 28 of the many hundred that I want to see these files. This storage question is confusing and I need to know how to manage it both online and on the pc

Do you have anything in your Delete folder online? That still counts towards your storage and would not show in your local.
