Not Seeing "Edit Identity Type by CSV" Option

Community Beginner ,
Feb 26, 2024 Feb 26, 2024

I have set up Azure Sync for my Adobe for Enterprise organization. I have a few test users with existing Adobe IDs now synchronized to the Adobe Admin Console with Federated IDs. I am looking for the option in Users to "Edit identity type by CSV." However, I don't see this option in the dropdown list. This is what I am seeing:

Any idea what is happening here and how I can migrate my users from Adobe ID to Federated ID?

Hi @thomascouder, you need an enterprise account to use Edit Identity. As of now, you have Team Licenses.

Hi @Nicholas33769431kx7b, please append to admin console URL:  ?flags=force_allow_marketing_switch_identity

Please do not edit any Marketing Cloud user.

I added ?flags=force_allow_marketing_switch_identity to the end of the admin console URL (specifically, the URL for the Users page) but I do not see any change to the options available. I don't have any users in Marketing Cloud.

There is no option to set up SSO with Teams Licenses; you need Enterprise licenses.

Hi @Nicholas33769431kx7b,

Upon reviewing your account, I can confirm that you have an active Teams subscription associated with the Adobe ID you used to submit your query. As mentioned by @Ashish_Harrison earlier, please note that the Edit Identity Type by CSV feature is specifically available for Enterprise subscriptions.

If you have an alternate email address associated with your Enterprise license, kindly share it with me via a private message. This will allow me to investigate further and assist you more effectively. Please click on this link here, to get to know how to send a personal message.

If you need any further assistance, feel free to let us know. We're here to help!

Regards,
^AN
