You have to request the access to the creative cloud app by filling the form added in the above link. Hi,

The shared device license is a device based license so you will not get an option to assign it to the users. Adobe is making temporary at-home access to Creative Cloud available until May 31, 2020, for schools and colleges who currently have only lab access for students, at no additional cost. The number of users you will add in the admin console, the licenses will be provisioned under their account. There is no limitation as of now.

Please check this help document for all the details: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/covid-19-education-labs.html.

Thank you for your reply.

Students at our faculty have access only in our computer classroom, but now we are all working from our homes so no one has access. As it's written on the link: "To be eligible for this access, your school or college must be a current customer with an active Device, Shared Device License, or Serial Number plan. This at-home access is temporary, and will apply to Adobe ID, Federated ID or Enterprise ID users in your Adobe Admin Console. ". I presume that we could easily give to all our students this temporary access after the request from Adobe is accepted? Also, they will get full access to Adobe CC like in our computer classroom at our faculty? It's like they will receive a temporary Named user license?
