One user has two apps - shows up as two active users

How do I combine the two so that one user has two apps, rather than two of the same user has one app each?

Hi,

I can see that you have assigned two single App licenses to one user hence it will show 2 licenses assigned to one user for 2 different products. I am sorry it cannot be combine on Creative Cloud admin console as it is designed in such way.
