OSX 10.9.x
We have device licenses which we have deployed via Deploy Studio image, however occasionally a single Mac in a classroom will refuse to load Creative Cloud apps and demands that the user signs in with an Adobe ID. If a valid Adobe ID is used (even the one attached to our account that was used to download the device licenses) then we get the option of activating a trial mode.
All Macs have Internet access, and CC has only been installed over the last few months. Re-imaging resolves the problem, but is a bit overkill as a solution.
Is anyone else seeing this behaviour?

Hi screen-name-pf ,
We need to see the PDApp.log and amt3.log file of the machine where the install is failing to tell you the reason of failure. The log file is formed at /usr/Library/Logs/PDApp.log.

Can I assume you retrieved the logs from my link?

Hi There,
Could you please confirm the remaining deployment pool count for your licenses?
Thanks,
Ashish

If you are asking how many device licenses we have left, I have no way of knowing precisely as Adobe do not appear to provide this information anywhere.
What I can tell you for sure is we ordered 116 device licenses (however this information does not appear anywhere in our portal), and there is no way we have deployed 116 yet - we have deployed maybe 50 or so at this time.

Ashish,
We are getting reports of this in one of our labs, as well. I am working on getting the logs to you. Our pool is at 700+ licenses. The installers were built with the CCP under our enterprise licensing.
