Our licensing is expiring and I got no reponse from Adobe Account Manager

Hello,

I and our vendor have sent multiple emails to our Account Manager to buy license in the past 3 months but got no response. We are so frustrated as our license will be expired next week. 

How can I escalate the issue ?
