Package Update for Adobe CC v6.4

New Here ,
Oct 04, 2024 Oct 04, 2024

I have downloaded the Adobe Creative Cloud package recently to update the pkg file needed for my company's environment. When running the install of the newest packaged version of the CC app, it reports "This package is not compatible with your current OS".

I verified that the newest version of Adobe Creative Cloud App is compatible with macOS 15 Sequoia when installed from the website. Is there a timeline on when the packaged version on the Admin side will be updated for enterprise use?

Thank you

Hi there,

After consulting with our internal teams, it has been recommended to create the software package as a flat package instead of the traditional bundle style. Flat packages offer enhanced compatibility with modern systems and streamline both deployment and updates. Even more confusing, I checked the version in the zip that was downloaded from the packaging service and it is v6.4.0. Still receiving the error that the pkg is incompatible.
