I keep getting a panel pop open telling me that I need to enter payment details for my personal profile since CC for teams has been implemented. There's five or so of us that are in the team.
I seem to be the only one suffering this in my personal account.
I'm using my personal account because I have a number of CC libraries that I use all of the time which I can't access when I sign in with a team profile. I've tried sharing the libraries from my personal profile to my team profile, but when I do I am presented with a message telling me I already have access to it!
AND... why have I got three profiles available to sign into? I have my personal profile, but I also have two options for my CC team! Why?
Before I am asked, yes, payment details are set up, and they always were, but they seem to have been disassociated with my personal profile that uses my work email address, just like the team profiles use my work email address.
To top it off, I seem to have lost admin access to our account! Who do I contact about these issues? If possible, could you provide a link, please?

I don't know why it's been marked as correct, because it's not yet!
I'm. now waiting for up to 48 business hours for a specialist to call me on my mobile and screen share with me so the issue can be fixed.
All the time I am waiting for this call, I am losing days of use that have been paid for.
