We have laready purchased creative cloude licence by credit card. after few month we have to buy another licence. it's done sucessfully but after few days later received a mail " your payment not approved. Please update payment info.
We have sucessfully updated payment info but it's not updated. we are trying with another card but not done yet. now we have received mail your licence suspended on date..... please update your payment info asap.
We have already going with chat support not possitive result.
